PROJAM (Progressive Jamaicans Association of Canada) is a non-profit organization fostering the settlement, integration and networking of new newcomers/immigrants and their families into the Canadian society through information and education.

To be a dynamic organization serving the professional, intellectual, social, and economic needs of new Canadians.

To provide relevant and timely information to newcomers/immigrants and their families so that they can overcome obstacles to their success and become productive members of the Canadian society.

• To research and coordinate information sharing initiatives to boost a deeper understanding of the cultural, social, economic, educational and financial systems in Canada.
• To promote and support the pursuit of personal and professional excellence, economic independence and higher education.
• To organise and promote educational and networking seminars.
• To support academic growth and intellectual development of newcomers/immigrant children through our annual bursary awards.
